A Turkey on Every Table

Many years ago, the MRV Interfaith Council launched the Thanksgiving Basket program to ensure that Valley families and individuals in need can enjoy a Thanksgiving feast, complete with turkey, stuffing, veggies, and, or course, pie.

This year, we anticipate providing food to 100 families and 400+ people in our Valley. For those doing the math, that’s about 6% of our total population. This represents a lot of need that isn’t always apparent. 

It been a rough year for fund-raising, and a high year for demand so if you have the means, please consider a donation, which will help purchase food to fill the baskets. ($75.00 covers the cost of a complete Thanksgiving feast for a family of four; $25 will cover a turkey.)
